NewStart
is looking for a godly mature woman who would like a nice place to live
in exchange for mentoring women seeking to become the same by being the
house supervisor for our Pines Program for Women. Please contact me at

It was with deep regret, we could not keep our center open at this time, but we will
reopen at a new location sometime in 2012!
We know God is at work getting it ready for us.

Donations are our only support.
When we get 20 regular supporters (ministry, business or personal) that average $100 per month each, we will be able to reopen our career center to cover all its basic needs. There are no other administrative cost as all workers are volunteers.

We currently need 10 more pledged supporters to assure we can cover the expenses before signing a lease. Although we have a tuition, 99.5% of the time, it goes unpaid, but we have NEVER turned anyone away for the lack of ability to pay.

We have added sober safe housing for women that need a hand up to become self-sufficient. Donations of funds or twin size bedding and towels are always greatly appreciated. NewStart in the Pines can help up to 6 women at a time toward self-sufficiency. Their stay can be from 2 months up to six months and in special cases even longer or until High School graduation. Along with Career Development, counseling, recovery meetings and faith based training and mentoring, their stay will help them become mentally & spiritually strong in their new working life and for many years to come.

This organization verifies the legitimacy of non-profits and supplies tools for better run organizations.
Those without basic skills need to take the course offered at the Career Center. We help those who do know the basics to gain a stronger working knowledge or programs, training aids and the opportunity to encrease their knowledge and skill with a cerification of the level in which they can preform computer tasks such as typing, MS Office ablities, ect. We work with individuals with financial barriers as well.
With our move, we will have even more computers available so we can help more people than we currently can provide training for.
